Airbnb smart pricing is normally very low so I tend to ignore it.

What software pricing would that be? Airbnb smart pricing is way too low, I never understood the reason having it, there’s zero profit in those prices.

You seem to be getting reservations I would suggest maybe tweak some other areas,

Ad description  A Guest wants the overview of the rental.  A potential Guest is looking for a rental in your area for a week,  Why?  Talk about how your rental is perfect for their planned 7 days.  Remember Guests will primarily be doing their plans not sitting in your rental.
