I want to receive $45 per night for my new monthly rental apartment. How much more is needed to be added onto the price to accommodate your service fee and taxes based on the rentals received in 2025

Hi @Randy855 

You set the price that you wish to get from your stay (ie in your calendar tab). If you choose to add additional charges for addition guest, the same is true. 

...all of the other fees, taxes, etc are then added on to your base price and presented to your potential guest as the cost they pay.

So the rate you set is the amount you get.
