Good morning @Joan2709, thank you very much, well, if i would follow your steps, i dont have on my account this part, I have there only payments and payouts :-(((.....I will call some help, thank you very much again.
If you are using a property management software attached to your account, you may not have the Service Fee option appear, as Airbnb requires Hosts using a PMS to have the mandatory 15% Host only fee. That's the only reason I can think of as to why you don't have the Service Fee option?
My app is updated to the newest version, and here's how it looks for me. See the very last option at the bottom:
Hello @Jirina-Tina0,
In the new release it appears than the Airbnb Professional Tools that had to be selected by choosing Airbnb Professional Mode is no longer am option. The last time I tried to follow the link to Airbnb Help Profesional Tools I got a 404 error page. We have to try to adapt with the Insights at the Menu level that if you click om yourself, you can choose Earnings or Insights.
“Professional hosting tools” is a broad term and usually refers to advanced features inside your hosting control panel rather than a single menu item. In most cases, you’ll find these tools in cPanel or your hosting dashboard under sections like Advanced, Software, or Developer Tools, which may include SSH access, cron jobs, staging environments, Git integration, backups, and performance or security tools. The exact location depends on your hosting provider, so it’s best to check their documentation or dashboard layout, or contact support if you don’t see a clearly labeled section.
