"Room" is Not a good description of half a house

Has anyone found a way to advertise half of their home that doesn’t reduce it to “room”?  Thank you.

You could try listing it as guest suite under property type and indicate the sq footage of the private areas in the Title and/or description.  I'm guessing you advise guests in a message when they request to book that you live on the other side of the home and there are shared common spaces?
