My calendar changed to default rate after I set custom rates for 18 months! This has happened 3x to me.

Custom rates for 18 months is a long time period.

Which method did you use to customize the rates :

- manually changed prices in the calender

- Use of rule sets to increase/decrease prices (will not work with Smart Pricing)
