reduced bookings

We aren't getting many bookings - way reduced from last year.  Does our listing look okay?

It is odd—reviews are good and when I search, your pricing is in line.

Try to do some Airbnb Custom Discounts, 20%, and Airbnb will market it. I just do various 3 days about 4 different weeks. With the discounts, Airbnb gives you insights of clicks—sometimes it is the cover photo or title, not the price.
