My rule sets no longer over ride my settings, so in one of my properties in high season I have no Sat check-in , so I had this in my settings, no sat check-in or out and 6 day min. in low season when I am not changing over my other property on a Sat, I have been using rules sets depending on dates 4 or 5 day min check-in and out any day and this has been working fine until 10 days ago when I noticed certain dates not booked were blocked, airbnb first said there was a bug on my calendar and that rule sets should override and would look into it, they never got back to me so called 10 days later, to be told after many calls back and fourth that I would have to remove everything from my settings and just use rule sets meaning I have to add rules for the whole year now, they said they could not access to my calendar to fix it due to privacy rules, the customer service person did not seem to understand rule sets, anyone else had this problem and had it fixed?
