setup last minute reservations

hello,

I need to ensure that my cleaners have at least 24 hours notice to clean the apartment. How can I set it up that last minute reservations need to be at least 24 hours in advance?

You can set the "advance notice" to 1 day (section "Calender availability").

Then bookings can not be made on same day

@Daniel9366  You can also set up under pricing and availability, trip length and calendar availability, preparation time to block one night before and afer each reservation.  My cleaning staff really appreciates this, and it makes taking care of a rental property sooooo much easier as we now have plenty of time to do extra cleaning and repairs.

@Daniel9366 Caution. You would think ‘1 days notice’ would be at least 24 hours but it’s not, as far as Airbnb is concerned. Set your min as 2 days to be safe, or adjust your ‘preparation time’ settings as Lorna suggests.
