suspended listing

suspended listing

Has anyone else's listing suddenly, inexplicably changed to show all dates blocked with the following message ?

Suspended - Guests can’t find this listing in search results or book it.

Before you ask, this is not due to an actual suspension imposed by airbnb.  

 

I can't unblock any dates as the suspension won't let me.

 

Airbnb support are clueless so far, they are not seeing this on their end.  Very weird, I think it's a software issue/glitch, maybe after they rolled out an update or something. 

 

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Saw the exact same thing on someone else's listing this morning. Have you tried to access on your phone as well as computer? This is what your profile looks like. I would take a screen shot of this and send it to Airbnb CS:

When I tried to click the listing square, it opens Airbnb general search page; doesn't go to your listing page.

Hi

 

Mine are also suspended (sometime over night - Australia) and the Superhost "support" were almost clueless too. They can see a "specialist" has suspended me but they have no idea why.  I have received no contact of any kond about this even though they say I was called - I wasn't.  Even if there was an call which wasn't answered (middle of the night...) surely suspension is a tad drastic??

 

They are sending a message to the "specialist' to call me.

 

Increasingly unhappy with the AirBnB IT and as for the AI phone system...

Hi @Steven532 - I am in the same situation for 4 days. Did your issue resolve or are you still suspended. I am unsure how to proceed. thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hi, it's essential that you contact Airbnb and make them give you specific information about your issue. They have a habit of hiding behind generalities and quoting rules but not telling you exactly what the issue is. Keep pushing and pushing. 

 

Mine finally resolved in my favour because the support staff kept making mistakes.
