I am having an issue that all the sudden my listing got unlisted without any email or message saying so and when I try re listing it again I get this error message “Your listing cannot be published at this time. please contact customer support for more information“.

I have absolutely no idea why this happened or how. I tried contacting support but they say they will refer me to another agent whom is specialized for such issues but no one contacted me so far.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi @Sultan78  Did you provide Tourism License ( Accommodation Permit) for short term rentals.  

If Airbnb detects that your listing doesn’t have the required registration, or if the government requests Airbnb to verify listings, your listing can be automatically paused or blocked until compliance is confirmed. 

Check your email sometimes it goes to Spam Folder, Airbnb sends compliance notices there or contact Airbnb Support again.
