A nearby resort

Airbnb have asked if we have a "nearby resort" for guests.   We have several beaches within a 30 minute drive - is that "nearby"?

So the question is actually, does your place have resort access.  So, are we on a beach, or is it OK if we are 30 minutes away.  I mean people in Birmingham have resort access, if they are prepared for a 2 hour drive....

There are some properties that have arrangements with local resorts that allows their guests to use the resort's facilities, or the resort offers some services to the public (e.g., spa, salon).  I've noticed on other platforms that the definition of "nearby" is limited to a 15 minute drive.

@Kate391  I wouldn't classify anything on a listing as "nearby" if it's not in walking distance.
