About AirBnb support team.Bad experience

It is my first experience with AirBnb.I have a lot of problems with my apartment.After my host did not respond to my message I contacted AirBnb support team.They promissed to help me solve this issue.But after lot of messages and promises they stopped communicating.I do not receive any information for three days.So I do not know who can help me in this situation.

Sadly both hosts and guests have ongoing problems with airbnb customer services.

 

what's the issue you are trying to resolve @Regimantas0 

@Regimantas0  It sounds like the uncommunicative host is the main problem.  There's nothing Airbnb can to do resolve a problem with the apartment without the host's involvement. Were you just trying to cancel the remainder of your stay?
