Account under review

Hi all,

So I booked an experience for this fall in Ireland... turns out we wanted to change the date but when I try and secure the day before it says I can't because my account is under review. Any thoughts of how to change or fix this?

According the account under review is come to various reason. The community doesn't know the answer.

You may have to contact Airbnb directly to resolve the issues.

Ive been trying to book a 3 night stay and it keeps saying routine review. Ive reached out to support numerous times and no one is helping me.
