Airbnb customer service continues to be sub par and favors the renter and not the Host!
Had a renter this weekend, they check in then 6 hours later check out. I get no phone call.
Next day I get an email from a 0 review renter, wasn't our taste, want a refund. Now keep in mind, they never contacted me.
I gave them a bad review, resort manager said, they were trying to take advantage of you.
They call airbnb get the review taken down and screw me the host!
