Airbnb: Suspension State Appeal Submitted

Hi,

I own an Airbnb where I host 3 listings in the same property.

I create a NEW Airbnb account with almost the same contact and tax info because I just got another apartment to rent out (different location)

Shortly after, Airbnb locked the new account saying ''they are reviewing my account'' (see attachment) and when I login in it only shows that they are reviewing the information.

I contacted Airbnb and they say that they will forward the inquiry to the correct department and bla bla bla...

Do you think this is normal? I created multiple accounts in the past (for other people) and never saw this type of thing...Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

@Michael5047

You can only have 1 account. You can create multiple listings on same account, so no need to create a new account for the second appartment.

@Emiel1

Are you 100% this is true?

I spoke with multiple representatives and they told me I could have as many accounts under my name I want...

I currently have 3 under my name. The problem is when I created the 4th.

@Michael5047 I do not know if that's a rule however I am wondering why one would want to do that. You are listing a new space, you want to have the weight of your (hopefully) great other reviews for your other properties to help a very first guests make a decision in your favor for your brand new listing with no reviews at all. You also need to have separate emails and phone numbers, separate log ins to reply so you will need to log in and out every time you message about different properties. If one of your apartments is booked, your guests might look at your profile and book another. Your actions make no sense to me and perhaps they made no sense to Airbnb.
