I'm sorry to hear that you can’t contact Airbnb customer services.

Beside phone call, did you try " live chat " with a CS? ( not an Airbnb bot) and represent your case. 

Usually, you will have an answer from them within minutes.

In addition, contact Airbnb via social media Twitter, Facebook for attention with fast respond.

@Seamus21 @What is the problem you are trying to solve? Delist the property? Sometimes the site gets “stuck”. Either try a different device (phone vs computer” or clear cookies and history

If you don't want to list on Airbnb any more just go into your listing and hit the delete button @Seamus21  you don't need to contact Airbnb to do this.
