@Arisela23 The Houston area has nothing to do with it- as far as I'm aware, all calls get routed to their call center in the Phillipines, no matter where you are calling from. Airbnb customer service has fallen off a cliff into a bottomless ravine. Everyone, both hosts and guests, are experiencing exactly the same.
If you post here what your issue is, maybe someone can suggest a work around or something you could do so that you won't need to talk to CS.
