Airbnb for agency

Dear Airbnb,
we are an agency with many listings on your site. We have been managing our clients facilities on Airbnb for years.
We make each accommodation unit on a separate airbnb account, for the reason that we cannot be a super host if we have 40 objects on one account and 5 objects have excellent reviews, and for example 5 do not have such good reviews, and then that spoils our average rating.
The problem is that now to add each new account to airbnb, you need ID verification. We are paid to run all sales channels for our clients (property owners), and we do all the work for them, it is very difficult for us as an agency to communicate that they send us photos of their documents or that they have to log in to take a selfie photo. Most owners don’t understand why we do it, some are suspicious.
Can we find a common solution, which would help the situation, given that we regularly get new clients, and therefore we need to make new accounts for each new accommodation.

@Hit-Booker0 This is a community forum not customer support. Which is potentially lucky as you have just posted that you are breaking the terms and conditions of listing by having multiple accounts!

The best solution is for each owner to have an account and for your company to be the co-host. This would be beneficial to the owners as they can change management company without losing all their reviews - clearly this would be a downside for you.

We are paid to run booking platforms  for our clients, most of our clients do not know how to log in, and there is no need, so they hired us. Yes, we have a separate account for each individual facility, and the agency is the host. 

We have never had a problem with that before, the new rules on ID verification by airbnb made it a problem because we can't bother every facility owner to send us a selfie, which then airbnb doesn't approve because they are not direct selfies, but a sent image etc.

Look at the T&Cs on Airbnb they can close your business for doing this @Hit-Booker0 

Why not help your client set up their listing on their profile and add you at the co-host?

As an agency, we are already co-hosts on individual facilities. However, airbnb has introduced new rules for ID verification. Our clients, ie the owners of the facilities, paid us to deal with their facilities, because they do not know, do not have time, do not understand how booking platforms work and so on. Booking has arranged this much simpler and easier and there are certainly more agencies that have a problem with this, and they have a lot of facilities that run and don’t have time to deal with each one individually.
