Anyone experiencing trouble with people booking

Hello All,

 

I seem to have a problem with people booking.  I had two people that tried to book.  They sent me an "inquiry" and right away the status over the guest name change to "no available"  I don't understand.  I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this..
