Ask for guest reviews?

Do you ever message a guest and ask them to complete a review? I had one guest who loved the rental, was a great communicator, and thanked me profusely for allowing her to check out later that my usual check out time. But she has not provided a review. Should I just let it go or have you ever asked a guest to submit their review?

It says somewhere that they remind the guest and host several times to leave a review. They have I believe 30 days.

@Christine3190 I have never asked a guest to

leave a review. Airbnb gives plenty of reminders, so I figure they don’t need me pestering them.
