Dear All,
We hope you are all trying to remain optimistic.
With the decimation of our bookings and all revenues ( thanks Airbnb), we need to open our properties out for normal tenancy for the next three months at least to try and get some income.
We still have some bookings on the books which will probably get cancelled by the guests as Airbnb roll forward the 100% refund policy.
These are problematic for us as we need a clean calendar to offer normal long term tenancy
Is Airbnb showing the same flexibility to us hosts as they have given to the guests and allowing us to cancel future bookings without penalties?
Tony and Una
