Cancel reservation

Hi

We have a reservation for our house. Some of our members are going to get tested for COVID since they have been experiencing symptoms.  I tried canceling it myself, but for some reason, the trip isn't populating on my profile.  I booked it for the 27-28 of December. Can you cancel it for me, please?

This is a discussion forum for hosts ad guests, not Airbnb customer service. You will have to get in touch with them directly for assistance. There is a large pinned post on the first page of this Help forum "Contact Airbnb" that gives phone numbers, and other ways to reach them.
