Cancel reservation

Hello, so i am having an issue. By mistake i blocked wrong dates on my listing and now i saw that someone did a reservation a week ago on a period which is not available. How can i cancel the reservation taking in consideration that i did not recieve first of all a request for the booking? Also, the account which is written there is not available anymore cause it is closed. Thank you

@Tes610 Sounds like you have a few issues here... first of all, contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel the reservation penalty-free. You are allowed to cancel a booking penalty-free if the dates should have been blocked on your calendar.

It sounds like instant booking is enabled on your account: that's why the guest was able to book without sending you a request. If you want to turn it off, follow these steps: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/article/1510/how-do-i-turn-instant-book-on-or-off

 

I'm not sure what you mean regarding the account no longer being there. Maybe clarify when you contact Airbnb and get them to help you.
