Good day. A mutual guest of ours (**) called in to cancel his reservation because he doesn't feel safe around the neighborhood of the property that he booked. Upon checking, the guest's reservation is no longer refundable since we are following your cancellation policy. Please contact and advise the guest. Thank you. @TurnKey-Vacation-Rentals3  It's astounding that a big property management company with 160 listings doesn't know how to reach Airbnb customer service.

@Sarah977 Based on many dreadful reviews of @TurnKey-Vacation-Rentals3 I am. not in the least astounded that they don't know how to contact Airbnb!
