Celebrating Cats & Dogs

It's been raining cats and dogs the last few days in London (or has it been weeks?), so it seemed appropriate that the International Cat day was yesterday (8/8), while dogs' special day is around the corner (26/8). 

Whether you're a pet owner or not, "cats or dogs?" is a question rarely met with indifference. We say, why not both!

What better way to start the week by sharing stories and photos of our little pals? How do you celebrate their special day?

I'm amazed she likes the car rides and the harness. Tried it with Tricky didn't go so well. Not much of a car fan either. He basically likes the house and his routine. And cuddles. Lot's of them

My cat used to love car rides, especially over the Harbour Bridge and other places that we ventured to on her trips out and about.

I often used to take her on Tiki Tours where I went when she was at home...listening to the radio, watching TV and on one occasion  she had wrapped up her toys in a rug like a parcel...When I walked in the door I thought I'd been burgled...and laughed when I saw what she had done.

I still laugh about that episode of talent.

She sometimes used to delay me going off to work when I lived on the North Shore and had to drive over the bridge to City side, only to become aware later on that at that time she was doing that, she had helped me miss been caught in the midst of several accidents.

Cats are very intelligent creatures.
