I have a complaint as to how trying to book through airbnb works particularly with regard to identification requirements. I would like to speak to or e-mail someone at airbnb but there appears to be no facility to do so. They seem to be disinterested in communicating with their customers. Can anyone help?
@Keith607 Believe me - Nobody at Airbnb is interested. I don't know what your particular issue is but many hosts are frustrated at how poor the identity verification is and nobody listens to them.
