ANyone else not getting confirmation emails?

Have you been receiving booking enquiries for pending reservations?

 

Do you use Text Alerts and have you been receiving them?

 

Be aware of dates been blanked out on your calendar without your knowledge that usually appear when one has confirmed bookings that are no bookings!!

see below - simple problems eliminated.

Hi Helen - I spent 25 years doing Technical Support, I checked all the likely causes on my end.  I'm not getting any email from Airbnb.

Give them another rark up & msg @Brian CEO of ABB & persist.

 

 I'm still trying to get CS to comprehend that they need to contact ABB Head Office to let them know that there's serious IT issues on there network roads/ plumbing.

I don't think some in CS comprehend that there's multiple roads/ plumbing networks information goes through to get to us.

 

Until ABB & TECH / TELECOMMUNICATION providers comprehend there's failures in there systems there's annoying preventable problems that keep arising outside of there consumers hands.

 

Frankly I get sick of all of those Rubber Stamping, bot answers that don't work & are simply  "Pass The Parcel carry on.

 

Life is not a game.
