Confirmed future guests

How do I handle an Instant Book confirmed future guest who will not cooperate with names of the additional guests as is stated in my listing?  While she has one good review which is 4 years old, one of the other 3 guests (her daughter) has a very bad review.  I have asked this person who booked my unit for the names of the other 2 guests twice now.  I have received no response from her.

@Kathryn489  Your House Rules do mention that the names of all adult guests are required, but it doesn't specify a deadline. Just make it clear that access to the property will only be granted when the registration is complete.
