My guests booked Feb & Mar 2022 and paid. They next requested to book all of January. I sent them a request for payment. Should I block the month of January ? i want to give them time to accept and pay without anyone else booking the dates.
@Diana1829 not sure what you mean by "sent them a request for payment". If you requested a date change, the dates are already blocked. If you just sent a request for payment through the resolution centre, I would recommend cancelling the request and doing it through requesting a date change.
I changed the reservation to add Jan, and the Airbnb system sent a request for payment for the added month. The January dates are not automatically blocked.
