Dear Brian,Joe and Nate,
Whilst I appreciate your sentiment and generosity on our behalf towards our guests telling us owners that we will get through this together with you is little comfort when you are allowing our income to fall off the cliff.
You should be encouraging travellers to claim off their travel insurance as a first resort, and only allowing free cancellation as a last resort.
By the way, how are you going to support us owners to get through this together? How about a commission free 12 months from the date that coronavirus is conquered and restrictions on travel are lifted?
