I sent 2 messages to CS about a cancellation fee they want to charge even though the reason I had to cancel was my boiler packed in and it meant the guests would have had no hot water.

 

They have not replied to either message but instead send me lots of marketing emails. Very poor support for a new host. Not at all impressed!!!

thanks and I have tried calling but the wait time to get through is ridiculous. Its a poor service. They don't call you back when they say they will either, waited 2 days for follow up call on another issue.

 

Thinking about going with an agent as all too time consuming without the support,
