Hello everyone 👋
As the year comes to an end, many of us reflect on how the last 12 months have gone. Whether it was full of ups, some downs, surprises or interesting meets, I think it’s safe to say we’ve all had yet another big year. ✨
With that in mind, I’d like to invite you to look back on 2024 together: can you think of one word that encapsulates the past year for you?
Looking forward to reading all your words of choice! 😃
Wishing you all the best,
Rebecca

@Biyas0 What would you say was the most surprising or unexpected part of your experience this year?

@Vishal119 That seems like a balanced way to describe the year! Is there a particular moment that stood out to you?
Gratitude

My guests acknowledgements of my service and the home. Everybody has ranked me 5 star. This puts me in more challenging future. I will have to achieve only 5 star from all the guests. It is more than earning money.
struggle,On the way!
@Hong602 Such an honest way to capture your year. What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve faced?
Appreciation – Feeling grateful for a guest’s glowing review that highlighted the little details I worked hard on.
Senthil
@Senthilprabhu0 That’s such a wonderful feeling😊
What little detail in your space or hosting style do you think made the biggest impact on your guests?
@Quincy Here are my tips based on my approach to improving guest experiences:
1. Offer Customizable Options:
• Provide guests with choices for bedspreads and room fresheners.
• Allow them to select their preferences to avoid forcing a default option, making them feel more comfortable and free.
2. Flexible Room Switching:
• If a guest books a room (e.g., on the ground floor) but later prefers another (e.g., on the second floor), offer them the option to switch if the desired room is available.
• This flexibility enhances their experience, especially during longer stays.
3. Focus on Guest Freedom:
• Small gestures like offering choices and accommodating changes create a sense of freedom and make guests feel valued.
These efforts ensure that guests have a personalized and enjoyable stay, leading to positive reviews and repeat bookings.
I hope this helps.
