Duplicate booking

Hello

Our Guest has somehow booked the same room type twice.

Grant - Yamba Private Courtyard Arriving today 01/11/20-02/11/20

Can we cancel so only 1 booking is showing & outstanding for Guest.

Grant was supposed to confirmed pre approval but did a new reservation instead by having to 2 windows open in AIRBNB

Did the guest uses different platforms to make the bookings ?

Otherwise it is not possible to book the same dates twice.

Do NOT cancel yourself (as it is the guest's fault, they should contact Airbnb)
