I been very disappointed with Airbnb lately I use Airbnb for a long time now I been experiencing fraude one after another I hope my situation gets resolves as soon as possible cause I just got charged 3200 from direct book that can be available how’s that possible ??? What’s happening to responsibilities on Airbnb ??? I don’t even get email from the help center ????

Sorry you post isn't clear.

Are you saying that you went outside of Airbnb and paid someone directly for a booking @Rodrigo717 

If so, this is nothing to do with Airbnb.

You will need to contact your bank/credit card and see if you can do a chargeback.

With Airbnb you never pay a host directly rather Airbnb holds your money for you until the booking has taken place.
