Hello all, I have an experience planned next week and I was trying to send a message to them beforehand via the "Group message" option. However, when I use the PC site, the site is stuck on https://www.airbnb.com/messaging/thread/undefined and never loads up the usual messaging screen. I also tried using the app but tapping the "Group message" button there doesn't seem to move to the next screen.
I think this an issue localized to that exact appointment since I have another experience booked a month later where I can open up group message with no problem.
The one thing to note is that the experience is still open for booking until tomorrow, but in the past that hasn't been a case when I tried to message other guests before the booking window closes.
