Going from hosting single to multiple properties

Help! I have been hosting my Villa for many years and my neighbors noticed that I always had bookings and happy guests ( I try to go above and beyond) . Now I have over 20 owners asking me to recreate and manage thier listings for them. It’s easy with on but wow 😯. 

can any property manager out there help? Is there a document or questionnaire I can send out to all the owners to ensure I have all the relevant information?

I am excited to try this but feeling a bit overwhelmed
