Guest names in foreign symbols

If a guest registers their name using symbols that are foreign to me, is there an easy way to know the name?

I require IDs so I will know sooner or later but I like to call my guests by their names in communication. If someone messages in foreign language, there is an option to translate but the name comes through as is. I tried to copy and paste to translate in google but you can not copy a name in airbnb app plus I assume there is a high chance of the translation to be inaccurate

If you can get to the Airbnb website in a browser, you can copy the foreign characters from the Reservations section. From there you can paste it into Google Translate. With my guests, Google Translate has provided a close, if not exact, translation.
