Hello,
My guest snuck in two guys to her room around 1:40am until 5am. I have security cameras around my house and heard some noises. I was really scared and locked the door of the bedroom but couldn’t sleep all night. I didn’t know what their intentions would be, just be together or rob the house, etc...Checked the camera in the morning and they left around 5am but she snuck back in at 11am from the back door with one of the guys. She is staying until tomorrow. I’m totally scared and worried. Do I confront her and tell her not to bring anyone in my house? Do I suck it up till tomorrow when she checks out? I wish I could tell her to leave because o feel extremely uncomfortable. If I call Air BNB I will be on hold for an hour with no result. Another thing, I accepted the reservation request because the lady in the profile had great reviews. But the person who showed up was her daughter and not once did she mention that I wasn’t messaging Pamela, her mother.
It's a third-party booking, @Mariam160 , and so that was the first rule broken. The second was bringing in the extra guests. Ask her to leave. Get it in the messaging with Pamela, and get help from a friend or family member if you can. From the police if you need. Yes, I do think you will have to phone Airbnb, but you should get fairly quick help since it is a problem with a current reservation. That seems to be the priority right now.
You should not have to quake in fear in your own house. I understand why you think it's an option, but it's no way to live, or to host. Will you do that and let us know you are okay?
So it is a third party booking, which is not allowed by Airbnb.
Also the guest is violating your houserules as mentioned on your listing by:
- Bringing in unregistred guests
- Entering the property after midnight
You need to bring this to the attention of the guest !
Best regards,
Emiel
