Hi everyone!
A recent guest recently asked how to change his review because he felt it was unfair to the overall rating. However, we’ve already published a review for him. Is there a way to change or remove the review?

Hi @Flavio412 ,
there is no way to edit an already published review. But your guest can withdraw their review, if they feel it doesn’t represent their experience. You always have the right to have your own reviews removed.
They will not be able to write a new review, though, but maybe no review is better than a review that is not great?

Thank you! Helped a lot! 🙂
Hi @Flavio412,
Was this a review you wrote, or that the guest wrote?
Trude shared some really useful information, applicable for both scenarios. It would be great to know what happened to that review in the end, whether it was retracted or you found another solution with the guest. 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie

Hi @Emilie,
The guest wrote a review and later informed me he would like to edit it. He acknowledged that we did everything possible address AC issue, including mobile units and providing compensation. Despite these, the final rating was 3 stars He awarded us 5 stars in other categories but the overall rating remained 3.
Thanks,
Flavio
