I recently became a Superhost. I rent rooms at my house here in Sacramento - California. I strive on treating guests the way I like to be treated and I do my very best to keep it clean, respectful, attentive, helpful and courteous. Sacramento is popularly known as the city of trees. Besides the abundance of trees, there is the Sacramento river, great restaurants, entertaining night clubs and bars. For tennis and bicycle enthusiasts, there are beautiful tennis courts and bike trails all over the city. For lovers of nature and the outdoors, there is a plethora of parks within a walking distance from my house and scattered all over the city. It can be challenging managing guests and hoping that they will abide by the house rules. I have learned to be super flexible within limits and focus more on promoting a fun, enjoyable and respectable environment. Having been a guest myself on many occasions prior to becoming a host has been especially helpful in hosting. My plan is not only to maintain the Superhost status but most importantly, to continue with exceeding the expectations of guests.
