Host Endowment Fund reaching 1 Billion

Hello there,

Now that we know, the ABNB stock is doing well and we are well past the 1 Billion mark that was set for the host endowment fund, are there any plans to start on supporting hosts. I read they had listed some support activities, one among which was supporting host families with college cost. But I haven't heard anything further. 

Most of the hosts missed on the stock allotment which only went to a very small subset of the host community. It will be hugely appreciated if the hosts who missed out on that get some kind of support.

@Bez8 @Till-and-Jutta0 @Merrydith0 etc. the article from October said, "How will the endowment be distributed? The endowment was created to benefit hosts, and the distribution of funds in a given year will be shaped by host feedback and our Host Advisory Board."  Any news on this?

I would be interested to know if and how this feedback is being gathered, since apparently no formal process for gathering host feedback has been developed to date.
