Host Property Flooded

I was staying in Bali for few days, however in the last day, the property flooded from heavy rain. All my electronic item damaged from the flood. Is there any way I can claim. from AirBNB for all my electronic item? I am suffering huge damages from this.

I am sorry to hear that @Muhammad-Azwan0  Have you spoke to your travel insurance. It sounds like something they might cover.

Not yet. my other issue is, I lost all the receipts. Only had recording of video to show as proof.

Then call your insurance company to make a claim. you will be able to demonstrate payment on your card surely even if you have lost all of your receipts @Muhammad-Azwan0
