Be aware if you make a request for damage to you place from your guest and use the resolution centre. You have thirty days to sign the form. Air B&B will delay you as much as possible with

1)different rep contacts,

2)reps on holiday and responding in 2 days,

3)reports that it under investigation and

4)close support links

5) change to email contact

6)even provide you with false details that payment has been made.

when you query the payment not being received they send the host guarantee form after the 30 days have elapsed. All to avoid payment.

@Charlie431 this is the thread. @Ann72 I have saved this form to my files but I’m unsure if I can attach it, I tried but not sure it worked. Charlie just recently posted looking for this form, do you still have a copy of it and can attach it for him?
