I had a guest ask for a reschedule at 9:20pm the night of arrival. I complied so she didn't have to pay cancellation fees. She rescheduled , then 5 days late cancelled the rescheduled trip. This was clearly to avoid losing money from the first trip. Do I have any recourse? Can I block her from renting from me again? Can I report this? What are my options here. This also cheated Airbnb out of fees.

No, Airbnb didn't get cheated out of anything, they won't refund her their service fees- only the host gets screwed.
No, you have no recourse, you accepted the date change. Savvy, scamming guest. You can report her and ask Airbnb to block her from contacting you again.
Thank you. Airbnb has the worst customer service for hosts. Just trying to even figure out how to send them a message isn't clear anywhere. Can you give me a link or instructions on how to report her? I mainly want to block her from renting from me again.
You can report a member by using the "flag" link on the profile.
You can block a member like this:

BTW
Did you or did the guest submitted the change of reservation ?
As if the guest sent the change request, the cancellation time limit should NOT change.
To report a message from someone or block any future communication from them:
If you block someone, they won’t be able to send you messages, use Instant Book for your listings, send you a reservation request, or accept a reservation request from you.
How do I report a message or block someone on Airbnb?
