Hi @Aimilios2
I've read your reviews and I can understand why you think the call-out is a bit harsh. Most guests love your place, but because you have only a handful of reviews, a bad one is dragging you down. On the upside, just a few extra 5-star reviews will make a huge difference and will very quickly pull your rating back up. Here are the things that I think you can do to fixed it fairly quickly:
1) Your lowest score is for value, and you're now also sitting with a negative warning on your reviews page. You'll need to drop the price to get booked, and also to get the value-for-money score up. This is temporary until your rating is good again.
2) In the public parts of the reviews I can only see one other thing that you can address (I don't know whether more suggestions were shared with you in private). The "soft" beds are just personal taste, the value is already addressed in point (1) above, the barbeque is not listed as an amenity and therefore you're already handling it correctly, and the narrow road is not something you can change. The only thing I would look at is the privacy issue with the patio - for many guests renting an entire home, privacy is quite important. I don't know the practical issues involved, but if there's any way you could add a screen or somehow improve privacy you should consider doing so.
3) Is it a rule that you have to host long stays? If not, I would try to host a number of quick, short stays (enter a maximum stay on your calendar) at reasonable rates. Just until you get your score back up, then you can go back to hosting the way you prefer.
Hope it helps!
