I've found it's better to send a message using the 'Help' feature, rather than phone. (I pay for my calls, so don't want to be on hold for hours!)
And someone said that when they put you on hold, they have no intention of getting back to you! It is well documented here thatCustomer Services layed off a large number of the workforce last year, then outsourced to a company that uses ill-trained rookies, and that satisfaction is hard to come by!
So I have used the 'Contact' button bottom right of 'Help' with success. It's been answered by a bot, I've typed in the nature of my problem BRIEFLY & SUCCINCTLY, and someone has messaged me or phoned me back 11 -20 mins later! In my case it was for a couple of penalty free cancellations re folk who booked illegally for leisure, rather than work. - Within the rep's capabilities to fix so problem solved!
Do you want to tell us what the problem was; Perhaps we can advise?
Thanks for your offer of help. I think I'll just steer clear of this forum.
