It didn't work. I got to talk to a robot. I didn't get the screen with the urgent phone symbol. I have been a host for many years and getting to speak to someone is near on impossible. thanks to your screen shot i'll call one of those numbers.. But please don't tell hosts the info is there and easy to find. I assure you it is not.

Good lord @Jane2799. How ungrateful can you be? People were trying to help by providing the phone number to you with @Sarah977 even providing a link to the right page in the community forum. Perhaps next time people should ignore your questions.

I was not ungrateful!! I said thanks for number. I was reporting back that it did not go down as suggested. It was NOT easy to find. It did NOT show me a phone number or email address. It sends the person around in endless circles of unhelpful 'help' suggestions in a maze designed to stop you ever getting through to them!! They take our money...they don't want to help us.I can't believe you think otherwise. Except maybe you have spent hours and hours on the site and know the tricks. Airbnb is the ungrateful one! Taking our money and offering no real support in return!

If you're not happy with how Airbnb supports hosts there are lots of other listing companies you can use/and you can set up your own marketing channels @Jane2799

The only person who  wasn't particularly pleasant here to her fellow hosts who were only  trying to help you was you sadly @Jane2799 

Try the Airbnb Help Website - good for all the Basics around managing your STR business on Airbnb. It may have an answer to your query.
