How do I respond to a airbnb claims team email

My host refused the payment for damages and got Airbnb involved in the claim. I got an email from the airbnb claims team telling me to reply within in 72 hours but i don't know how. Do i just reply to the email or is there a link that i’m not seeing that i have to reply to?
