Anyonw knows a cleaning company who can clean after guest leave in windsor ontario in Canada

I made a post on here earlier and have received a message to my email account from an Airbnb associate but I'm not sure if I can reply to it as it's made of up lots of weird numbers and letters. Does anyone know how I contact the person who left the message as it needs following up and I'm not getting anywhere with Airbnb as they say it's with a specialist team. I have no idea how to get this situation resolved.

@Tamsine0 Have you checked to see if it appears in your Airbnb Inbox in your account? If so, there should be a reply option there.

No it's not. It says I don't have those privelages

Temporaty email adresses can contain a lot of characters
What is the domain of the senders email address (the part after the @)

The domain is support email airbnb.com as below but when I reply it has lots of numbers, letters characters. That makes sense if it's temporary. Hopefully they will receive my reply. Thank you
@Tamsine0 Sorry, but it's very confusing. An email to your personal email address doesn't come "via the community center".
Yes it's confusing to me as well. It's definitely an email which I received in my outlook email account from an Airbnb Associate from the community center. It's not in my airbnb messages as my account has been blocked because a host has made false allegations about me so I want to respond but I'm not sure how to. I have replied to the message in my email so will have to see if I get anything back.

@Tamsine0 I can see why it was confusing to you. That is a message from Airbnb customer service, I think. Community Support isn't the same thing as this Community Center. I wish Airbnb would just use terms which are easy to understand. Like "customer service representative", not "Airbnb associate".

Airbnb has more than one inbox. It may not be in the Community Center. I find Customer Support emails in my inbox. Switch to "hosting" and look at that inbox. If it's not there switch to traveling and see if it's there. I wish Airbnb would just get one consolidated inbox for hosting/guesting.
@Christine615 She says her account has been blocked, so she can't even sign in to see her Inbox.
