How to find out if the Airbnb listing is a real legal NYC listing?

The listing states.

 

** Exceptionally rare rental property in Manhattan! This is a LEGAL short-term rental. It does not run afoul of the NYC Anti-Airbnb Class A multiple dwelling law or the airbnb advertising law. **

 

How can I verify this to avoid any potential issues?
